The Appspace Support page, accessed via the Appspace menu, provides Appspace subscribers with contact information for the Appspace technical support teams. The options available within the page may vary depending on the Cloud user’s Appspace subscription plan.
Submitting a Support Ticket
The Support page also allows you to submit a technical support ticket to Appspace.
Fill up the required fields in the form accurately, and provide the necessary information as specific as possible to help our technical support team kickstart the initial troubleshooting process and expedite your support request.
Include any attachment, such as log files or screenshots of error messages, for further clarification.
Once your request is submitted, the respective Appspace regional support teams will be automatically engaged to respond to your enquiry or help resolve the technical issue.
