Reporting

Introduction

This guide will illustrate the steps on how to view and download the activity report for the Meeting Room extension.

The Reports tab’s main landing page provides the user with a bird’s eye view of all booking activities (default view shows data for the current month). Users have the ability to filter the data that is presented on this reporting view by selecting the desired date and specific time ranges as desired. Reports may be exported (downloaded) from the system in a .csv format.

Requirements

  • Appspace version 5.1.2 or later
  • Meeting Room extension version 1.1
  • At least 1 registered/configured device running the Meeting Room application

Exporting Meeting Room Reports

Step 1

From the Meeting Room extension, click the Report tab. The main landing page provides a real-time report for booked meeting rooms (default shows data for the current month).


Step 2

Click the Calendar icon to filter the reported data by specifying the date and time ranges. When finished, click Apply and the page should update to reflect the selected date and time ranges.


Step 3

Click the Download icon to export/download the data currently being displayed. The report will be exported in the .csv format to be saved to your local machine or desired location.
