Creating Rich Text

Introduction

Appspace allows users to add rich text content to be inserted into a playlist on a media zone widget. Rich text is technically HTML formatted text that allows users to define the following properties:

• Style: normal, italics, bold, underlined
• Alignment: left/center/right aligned or justified
• Font Families
• Font Sizes

Creating Rich Text

Step 1

From the Content Library, select your folder you wish to add rich text to. Click the + button to add a new item and select Add Rich Text.

Step 2

Fill in the title and description of the content. You can also choose to tag your content to help you search for it later.

Step 3

Click the Edit sub-tab and an editing toolbox will be appear that contains various text formatting tools for creating and editing of rich text content. Click APPLY when finished.
