Known Issues
BrightSign
- Playback lags if the Appspace App is run on a large datasource script (script block) of about 2MB in size.
- Appspace App runs into a quota issue when switching between signs with large script blocks, or when switching to a sign with a smaller script block.
Samsung
- Playback lags if the Appspace App is run on a large datasource script (script block) of about 2MB in size.

IEC
Playback lags if the Appspace App is run on a large datasource script (script block) of about 2MB in size.
Appspace App runs into a quota issue when switching between signs with large script blocks, or when switching to a sign with a smaller script block.
Appspace App does not load and freezes on the splash screen on Cisco IEC devices running firmware 2.6.0, which contains updated browser plugins by Cisco.
A workaround has been implemented to IEC firmware 2.6.0 and above, and would not affect the prior firmware versions.
However, the database only stores logs that are less than a day, and if the database is full, users would not be able to view logs in the report generated via Device Tasks. Although we have a temporary workaround, Appspace strongly advises that IEC devices run firmware version 2.3.4b, which has been tested and verified by Appspace.
