The following is the release management schedule as per our Release Calendar for Public Cloud:
- New Appspace functionality and major platform optimizations will now be released under a quartely release cycle, scheduled at 08:00 pm CST on Friday.
- Scheduled minor feature updates, cloud service optimizations, and bug and escalation fixes are typically scheduled at 08:00 pm CST time throughout the week, typically on a Tuesday or Friday.
- Critical updates including security patches or emergency fixes that support the reliability and availability of the Appspace platform will be deployed as necessary and as soon as it is administratively feasible.

- AE-11837 – Unable to zoom into the selected resource or the location already booked by the user when searching for a user or resource located on a different floor in the Appspace Employee View under Places > Building > View Map.
- AE-11916 – The date range filter in Analytics reports has been enhanced to include the current period for Last X patterns such as Last 7 Days and Last Month, rather than excluding the current day, week, month, or year, ensuring alignment with the Employee App’s filtering logic and enabling more accurate data representation.
- AE-12040 – The DeviceChannelUpdatedEvent is now published with the playback mode included to ensure accurate device behavior.
- AE-12052 – The ChannelPlaylist post does not appear in the Appspace Employee Mobile App when content is added to multiple channels simultaneously.
- AE-12118 – The IsReservable flag is disabled in the POI setup page for provider resources to ensure consistency with the Reservation module settings.
- AE-12127 – In Concierge, the Pending Approval since date is displayed as 7 days before the event start time, instead of the actual creation time.
- AE-12165 – Old approvals in the approval service are not deleted, causing them to continue appearing in the Employee App.
- AE-12298 – In Services > All Services, using the same menu item name in different menus under the same service is not allowed.
- AE-12312 – Unable to extend recurring reservations using the Room Booking card, as an error message is displayed: “We are having trouble extending your meeting, please try again.”
- AE-12334 – Calendar events are now created for linked resources when a connected resource is booked.
