The Kiosk Mode serves as a supportive system for employees without compromising the security and integrity of corporate knowledge. It is an access mode that allows employees to access and browse through the entire interface in an anonymous way. Consequently, users utilizing Kiosk Mode are not allowed to manage any of the social or collaboration features.

The Kiosk Mode was conceived as an access tool for shop floor workers that don’t have a regular login but need to access corporate content.

 Please Note: You need to be an Admin to configure Kiosk Mode.
