On the navigation bar, tap on the Hamburger Menu icon to open your Notifications settings.

On the Settings menu, tap on Notifications.

There are three reasons why notifications can be received or not:

  1. If notifications are enabled on the Settings > Advanced configuration > Push notifications

  2. If the notification hub service is configured on the Settings > Advanced configuration > Push notifications

  3. If the user accepted the push notifications permission for the app
