One of the most important features of Appspace SharePoint Intranet is the ability to get a preview of an uploaded Microsoft Office document. If enabled, a user can get a preview of the contents for any Microsoft Office document uploaded to a library or attached to an activity with no need to open his/her Office client application.
This option could be enabled or disabled on Settings > Global features by selecting or deselecting the checkbox Office document preview
