By default, a new Appspace Intranet installation has all the community tools and sites enabled. Administrators can determine which community tools are disabled. Disabling a community tool will hide it from the interface, so users will not be able to activate it in any community or browse the content of this type.

In order to do this, please go to Settings > Community Features and uncheck the tools which do not fit in your installation scenario

Note that disabling a tool will not delete any content that was created in it, it will just hide it.

Also, you can disable the creation of certain types of stand-alone sites: blogs, wikis, forums, and idea campaigns. In order to do this, please go to Settings > Global Features and uncheck the site types which do not fit in your installation scenario.
