Configure Employee App Language & Location

Important
This is an Appspace Limited Release feature. Contact your Appspace Customer Success Manager to be a part of this Limited Release program and enable this feature.

This article provides instructions to configure the preferred user interface language, location, and user profile image in the Appspace Employee App.

Prerequisites

  • An Appspace Premium user license.
  • An active Appspace public/private cloud user account.

Personalize Employee App

Follow the instructions below to change the language and location in your Employee App:

  1. Log in to your Appspace console and click the Switch to Employee App button in your Appspace user profile menu.
  2. In the Employee App, click the user profile icon and click  Settings.
  3. In the Settings section, you will see the user’s general information, current location, and default language.
  4. Click the Location option to select your preferred location.
  5. Click Language and select your preferred language:
    • Auto detect (is set by default)
    • English
    • French
    • German
    • Spanish
      Note
      Appspace currently supports the standard dialect of each language.  Regional dialects may be added in the future.
      Important
      The Language feature is currently only available upon request. Please contact your Appspace Customer Success Manager to enable this feature.
      The language you select will be translated in the following sections: Home, Places, Reservations, More, User Profile, Location and Language Settings.
