This article provides the instructions to upgrade an Appspace Free account to an Appspace subscription plan. Now, you can do it immediately via the Account Management Portal, and all that is needed is a valid credit or debit card.
If you are on an Appspace Express or Omni subscription plan and would like to renew or upgrade your subscription, please contact us or your Appspace reseller.
Important
To renew your Appspace on-prem license, please refer to the Renew On-Prem Server License or Switch Licensing Method article.
Prerequisites
- Appspace Account Owner privileges.
- Access to the Appspace Account Management Portal.
Upgrade/Renew Cloud Subscription
Follow the instructions below to upgrade your Free Appspace subscription plan:
- Log in to the Account Management Portal with your Appspace credentials.
- Select the Billing tab and click the CHANGE SUBSCRIPTION button, or alternatively click the Upgrade Subscription button on the top right.
- In the Appspace Subscriptions window, select the desired Appspace subscription plan.
- To upgrade to an Appspace Express subscription plan, click the Upgrade Now button for your selected payment plan, and proceed to add your payment method and credit/debit card details to continue.
- To upgrade to any of the Omni subscription plans, click the Request Upgrade button for your selected payment plan. A notification will be sent to an Appspace representative who will contact you on your upgrade request.
