The E-mail configuration section allows users to define notification rules in a certain ways.
Notifications and Digest
Appspace Intranet (powered by Beezy) can configure email notifications for new users or new members to a community.
New users are subscribed to daily notifications: Checking this option will subscribe new Appspace Intranet users to a daily email with a summary of what has happened in the previous day in their Appspace Intranet (likes, comments, bot activities, etc)
Members/Owners are automatically subscribed to weekly digest: Checking this option will activate email weekly digest for any community where the user performs a “Join” action or is added as a Owner.
Followers are automatically subscribed to weekly digest: Checking this option will activate email weekly digest for any community where the user performs a “Follow” action.
Mail parameterization
Appspace Intranet emails will be sent using the specified account. If you want to specify a different address than the default one, here you have the option to change that email.
Total number of users allowed to be send in BCC for a single e-mail.
