Tap on the Menu icon and select Wikis.

Discover shows wikis that might interest you.
You can join a Wiki by tapping Join directly, or you can open and check its content first by tapping on the wiki Profile.
Inside the wiki, you can Join or Follow by tapping the Arrow on the bottom-right corner of the background picture.
