Appspace Intranet’s version 4.4.0 introduced the capability to add audiences to communities, providing a way to set mandatory members and to share content across the board. The main focus is to give yet another tool for Community Owners to maintain governance of their communities.
The guide will help users to understand:
- How to add an audience to a community;
- How to remove an audience from a community;
- The implications for being added as an audience-based member, namely on disabling the options to leave or unfollow communities in which they were added;
- How the user is being notified when they are added as an audience-based member in a community;
- Small interface changes in the Members tab to highlight audience based-members.
