Discovery cards encourage people to “discover” new people, new content, new communities and go beyond their day-to-day job. Without discovery, the newsfeed can easily become “personal silos” in the sense that they are all about user-centric content.

Discovery cards are “injected” between follow-up cards so that the user is able to discover new things while browsing “what’s new” in their network.

This is the list of current discovery cards available in Beezy.

Please note: this feature may not be available on your Beezy installation as it is decided at the admin level.

Please note: Beezy admins have in general permissions to access any data in a Beezy installation, but when the application shows queries and filters, this is, when it’s targeted information (for example these discovery cards), it usually shows what this user should see as a user (according to what the user follows, belongs to, etc.). So, in general, we don’t usually perform different queries if you’re browsing as a Beezy admin.
