Communities can adapt to a wide variety of corporate use cases by allowing owners to configure the right set of tools, for the right users, at the right time.
The tool configuration will determine which tools are available for users through the ShareBox, and also who can create content in these tools.
Owners can edit the configuration by accessing the Community Settings > Tools tab.
When a tool is disabled, the option to create new content of that type disappears, but the existing content remains accessible. For example, if the owner of the community decides to disable the Wiki tool, users will not be able to create wiki pages, but previous wiki content created will remain accessible.
