Users can schedule Stories to automatically publish themselves at any time in the future by selecting the date, time of publication and clicking on the Schedule article button.
The writer can schedule an incomplete article and complete it later. An article can be scheduled even if it has no channel, no image, no title, or no content in the body in some language version. It’s the responsibility of the writers to complete an incomplete article that is going to be published. If they do it before the scheduled date the article will be published with no problem.
Approval requests do not block the publication of a Story with or without scheduling. However, it will show a confirmation warning, with the list of users who haven’t approved the story, giving the possibility to send a reminder to each of them.
