This article provides Marlin users with answers to the most frequently asked questions to help them get started on the Appspace platform.

What does “Premium User” mean?

A Premium User license allows a customer access to the Employee App to view content that is published for employee communications, and also book reservations for rooms, desks, and other workspace Resources.

Can a customer still add additional platform users for free in the Industrial CMS subscription?

Yes. Additional platform users are available upon request.

Can platform users view employee communication content?

Platform users can publish to and/or view enterprise communications via Slack, Teams, etc., and there is no extra charge for views in these enterprise messaging apps.

If users want to view content using the Employee App, this will require a premium user license.

Can a customer purchase additional premium users in the Industrial CMS subscription?

No. A customer will need to upgrade to an Express or Omni plan to have more premium users.

Are Alerts, Advanced Channels, Device Tasks and Single Sign- On (SSO) available in the Industrial CMS subscription?

No. A customer will need to upgrade to an Express or Omni plan to have these features.

However, if a customer already has MSHA, Dairy, or SSO enabled in their Marlin subscription, this will be matched in the Industrial CMS subscription via a special request.
