Unregister devices

This article provides instructions to unregister devices from Appspace.


Prerequisites

  • One of the following user roles:

    • Portal Administrator
    • Account Administrator
    • Account Owner
    • Network Administrator

Unregistering Devices Individually

  1. Click Devices from the Appspace Menu navigation bar, and click the Devices tab.

  2. Click the desired device’s name link you wish to unregister.


  3. In the Settings tab, and click the Unregister Device button at the bottom of the page.

  4. Click OK to confirm deletion (unregistration) of the device.

Unregistering Devices in Bulk

  1. Click Devices from the Appspace Menu navigation bar, and click the Devices tab.

  2. Select the desired devices you wish to unregister, and click the Unregister button.


  3. Click OK to confirm unregistration of the devices.
