New Features and Enhancements

General

  • Support for the Appspace Announcement Card and Web Page Card in Alerts, on HTML5-based devices.

    Note

    This feature requires Appspace App 1.21 as a prerequisite, and does not support legacy devices.

  • Supports property replacement for cards in Alerts, allowing properties to be changed without having to rebroadcast.

  • Device Tasks queue and database are cleared when the device is unregistered.


Known Issues

Cisco IEC

  • Alerts on a card is only broadcasted after a few attempts.

LG WebOS

  • Unable to play MP4 videos.

Samsung SSP

  • Alerts on a card deactivates automatically after broadcasting for about 5 seconds.
