Supported Card Types

Important

Cards are only supported on devices with the Appspace App. Legacy devices are not supported.

Note

In Announcement cards, video backgrounds are not supported in BrightSign, Cisco IEC, and Samsung SSP, as these devices do not support layering on top of videos.

Important

Community cards are created by a third-party community developer. Contact us to learn more about our developer community. Community cards will be turned off by default.

Warning

The Facebook card is no longer available as part of our Community Cards as of August 2018. We recommend using the Social Media by Seenspire Card for your social media needs.

Videos per layout

Note

  • 1 Alerts on a card is only broadcasted after a few attempts.
  • 2 Alerts on a card deactivates automatically after broadcasting for about 5 seconds.

  • 1 - RS-232 is only supported by BrightSign XT Series 3 and BrightSign XD Series 3, Expanded I/O Player models.
