Managing channel access for users

This article provides the instructions to add and remove users from channel groups within Channels.


  • Users have been added to Appspace.

Adding Users

To add a user, follow the instructions below:

  1. Click the Channel Groups tab, and select a desired channel group.

  2. Click Manage in the Users section.

  3. To add user groups or members to your channel group, check the desired check boxes. Confirm your content selection in the right pane, and click Save.

  4. To remove selected users, click the remove icon beside the users in the right pane. Also, to quickly search for a desired user, use the Search bar.
